• We have pre-qualified people looking for homes and provide all listings to them, speak to them in person and refer them to the properties that best fit their personal needs (free).
• We follow up with people you show your property to and qualify them for the purchase of your home. We get feedback about your home, their interest, and follow up with you regarding each potential buyers status. (free)
• We assist with offers and develop the contract. (free)
• We work with you directly, the title company, appraisal company, inspections throughout the entire process to closing and sit with you at closing to make sure the deal is complete. (free)
• We stay in daily contact with you to keep the communication lines open and you comfortable with the status of your home being sold, or you as the prospective buyer regarding the status of your loan. (free)
