How much does it cost to find out what I qualify for?

We don't believe in charging a customer because they have an interest in us. We will do a FREE pre-qualification for you to let you know what you may qualify for.

How much do I need to have for a Down Payment?

We have programs that offer no down payment (100% Financing). Usually by having down money you improve you interest rate, but this is not always the case.

Can I qualify for 100% financing?

We have 100% financing available for people with excellent credit as well as people who have had trouble in the past. We would be happy to let you know what we can qualify you for.

Why should I use a Broker over a Lender?

A broker works with several wholesale lenders to obtain financing for the customer. A lender has their own products. This usually means a broker can make a better fit for a customers financing, because he or she has many more products to choose from.

I don't have good credit, should I even try?

We believe in giving all of our customers good service, not just the customers who are easy to find financing for. Thus, we are happy to try to get all of or customers the best possible products we can.

Why should I buy a home?

Colorado has experienced a strong growth for the last 10 years. This has dramatically increased the value of the housing market. As Colorado continues to grow the housing market is ready to grow with it. Thus by waiting, you will end up paying more for your home then you could have currently.

I already own a home, should I refinance?

This usually depends on your outstanding debt and the interest you are paying on it. We are happy to do a free pre-qualification for refinance as well as purchase.
